  • 蘭陽指揮部指揮官劉沛智表示，為阻止共軍順利進入台北市，威脅中樞，國軍在雪隧內外部署10項阻絕設施，結合兵力，火力有效殲敵，以實兵、實物及實作的方式，驗證精實訓練成果。蘭陽作戰區官兵採用燃油桶、太空包、廢棄車輛、貨櫃、水泥預拌車、紐澤西護欄、獨角砦、消波塊、鋼刺螺刺絲及釘板等10項阻材執行封阻，並在廢棄車輛下放置戰防雷，若敵軍想移動車輛，戰防雷就會引爆。

    這次操演考量地形特性，假想殲滅仁壽山陣地所在的敵軍，在UAV無人飛行載具自台東志航機場起飛至仁壽山周邊地區，實施敵情偵搜後，隨即展開海、空軍、陸航掩護攻擊、心戰喊話、戰    臺中市大安區銀行分行場追擊、衝鋒與奪取目標，共計27項課目實兵實彈演練。

  • 「漢光32號」演習實兵訓練自22日至26日登場，今年首度納入「雪山隧道封阻」演練科目，國軍24日凌晨運用燃油桶、廢棄車輛等設施執行封阻，模擬共軍從蘭陽平原登陸的實戰因應；此外，總統蔡英文25日首度將以三軍統帥身分，視察由陸軍第八軍團裝甲564旅在三軍聯訓基地進行的實彈演習。
